True Medical Group is a procurement and supply chain organization focused on medical and wellness products. We identify qualified manufacturing partners, verify regulatory compliance, and manage the import and registration process for the Central American market.

Our approach is compliance-first. Every product we source must meet the regulatory requirements of the destination market, including sanitary registration with the Costa Rican Ministry of Health (Ministerio de Salud) and equivalent authorities across the region.

What We Look For in a Partner

We review OEM/ODM manufacturers against the following criteria before proceeding:

• Compliance dossier: Active EN ISO 13485, CE (MDR), or FDA registrations for the specific device, and ability to provide a Certificate of Free Sale (CFS).
• Material safety: Biocompatible, medical-grade components (e.g., medical-grade silicone) with corresponding material safety test reports.
• White-label capability: Custom brand printing, custom color injection molding, and localized packaging and instruction manuals.
• Commercial transparency: Standard FOB quotation sheets with clear unit-cost breakdowns at specified volumes.

How We Work

1. Compliance review — We evaluate certifications, registrations, and supporting documentation.
2. Commercial evaluation — We review FOB quotations and volume pricing.
3. Sampling — We request 3 to 5 paid samples for laboratory testing and regulatory evaluation.
4. Long-term partnership — Upon successful evaluation, we establish an ongoing production relationship.

Markets

Our primary market is Costa Rica, with expansion across Central America including Panama, Guatemala, and Nicaragua. All products undergo sanitary registration with the relevant Ministries of Health before distribution.
